Hi, I’m Sadaf, I’m a qualified dentist and a proud mum to one beautiful baby boy.

Before going on maternity leave, I worked full-time as a dental associate. Pushing myself to keep up with the demands of a busy practice right up until my last trimester left me completely burnt out and exhausted.
